The Strips Wood collection is the latest addition to the Garofoli Group’s range of wall paneling collections. A wall covering designed to bring out the uniqueness of a space. Its ability to impress lies in the volumes created by the high-depth slats, giving the environments a bold yet restrained expressiveness.
The main feature that sets Strips Wood apart from other coverings of the Group is definitely its assembly method: the panels are composed by adding multiple slats, with a maximum width of about 5 cm. Thanks to profiles of different shapes, it is possible to perfectly follow the surface to be covered, including protruding or recessed corners of the walls, and Filomuro doors.
To achieve a camouflaged effect and door invisibility, the Strips Wood covering can also be used on flush-to-wall internal door panels. The ideal solution for those who want to create a dramatic effect and provide continuity to the walls, elegantly hiding any openings.
In the following image, you can appreciate the perfect coordination between the door and the wall, thanks to the choice of installing the paneling in the Rovere Cipria finish also on the pivoting Filomuro door. The detail that makes the difference? Choosing a door model that extends to the ceiling, following the vertical slat lines from the floor to the maximum height of the room.
The slats, with a maximum height of 305 cm, are made of water-repellent MDF covered in lacquered oak, matching the same finishes as the Garofoli door collections. Once installed, the final effect is an alternation of full and empty spaces of about 2 cm, giving each surface an elegant and aesthetically dynamic appearance.
Available in the entire Garofoli oak range, from the lightest, Rovere Ice, to the darkest Rovere Nero profondo, Strips Wood can become even more prominent when made in custom finishes such as this RAL 6005. A sophisticated and bold solution, suitable for large interiors with light or marble flooring.
